Thank you for your interest in our VELA courses for parents of children with disabilities.  Make sure to review the course options and schedule before you complete the following registration form. Your information is 100% confidential and securely protected. We do not share any of your personal or identifiable information with outside parties.

Things to keep in mind when completing this form​

Make sure to choose your preferred language in the "Select Language" bar to the right of Client Information.

 

If you would like to register for more than one course at a time, you will need to complete another registration form. You can do so by refreshing the page after you "submit" your first registration.  

 

We are using a new system called Community Care Link (CCL) for our registration process. You will receive an email from this system once you complete this form confirming your submission. ​
