Tori Martinez

Victoria (Tori) Martinez is VELA’s Development Coordinator and a Master of Social Work student at UT Austin. She brings experience in both direct service and nonprofit program development, with a strong passion for building meaningful relationships and expanding access to resources for families. Raised in a multicultural home with roots in San Antonio, Victoria draws deep inspiration from her older sister, who has autism. Her sister’s journey has shaped Victoria’s lifelong commitment to disability advocacy and inclusive, family-centered support. In her free time, you can find Victoria lifting weights, spending time in nature, or playing with her two dogs.
